Welcome to Cultura & Leadership
You are joining a cohort shaped by the lived experiences and feedback of dozens of high-achieving leaders who came before you; leaders who were ambitious, values-driven, and often carrying leadership alone.
This cohort exists to support a powerful shift. You are moving from externally driven, isolated high achievement to authentic, self-defined leadership grounded in identity, clarity, and community.
This is a space where high-achievers stop leading alone and start leading authentically, in community.
Over the coming weeks, you will clarify a bold leadership vision, build confidence beyond external validation, and form meaningful relationships with peers who share context, ambition, and values; relationships designed to last well beyond the cohort.

Common Questions About Coaching
Yes. This is a very common experience, and it is something we intentionally make space to explore.
In the cohort, we unpack the concept of Latinidad as something that is lived, layered, and deeply personal. There is no single way to be Latino, and no one in this space is judging, ranking, or deciding how Latino someone is or is not.
We approach identity with curiosity rather than judgment. Participants are invited to observe patterns, gather data from their own experiences, and reflect on how different aspects of identity show up in their leadership, relationships, and sense of belonging. You may find that you connect deeply with some elements of Latinidad and less with others, and all of that is valid.
The goal is not to define or perform identity, but to understand it more clearly so you can lead with greater self-trust, authenticity, and ease.
Absolutely! This cohort has consistently benefited from participants who bring experiences beyond identifying as Latino. Those perspectives add depth and important context to the conversations.
While we do share Latino-specific data and leadership outcomes, the core of the work centers on identity, lived experience, and how those shape the way we lead. Participants are invited to reflect and share from their own experiences using “I” statements, rather than speaking for others. This creates an inclusive, respectful space where multiple perspectives can coexist and be valued.
If you are open to reflection, learning, and engaging with curiosity and humility, this space can be deeply meaningful.
The most successful participants are high-achievers who are genuinely ready for transformation.
They show up prepared to ask hard questions, engage deeply with the material, and reflect honestly on their leadership patterns. They are willing to be vulnerable, participate actively in discussions, and take responsibility for their growth. They also understand that the cohort experience is collective and contribute to the learning, accountability, and support of others.
The cohort includes five live sessions, along with reflection and post-session work. Participants should plan for approximately one to two hours per week outside of live sessions to review materials, complete reflections, and apply what they are learning.
Consistent engagement is key to getting the full value of the experience.
This cohort is not a passive learning experience or a lecture series. It is also not therapy or a space for debating others’ lived experiences.
The work is reflective, participatory, and grounded in personal responsibility. Growth comes from engagement, curiosity, and mutual respect.
Psychological safety is foundational to this cohort. What is shared in this space is treated with care and respect.
Live sessions are recorded so participants can revisit the material and stay engaged if they miss a session. At times, we may also use short clips from sessions for marketing or educational purposes. We are intentional about this and do not use clips that include participants sharing sensitive, personal, or vulnerable content.
If you ever share something and want to ensure it is not included in any recordings or clips used externally, you are always welcome to reach out and make that request. We take these requests seriously and prioritize participant comfort and trust.
Participants are expected to honor confidentiality and approach all conversations with respect, curiosity, and care. This shared commitment allows everyone to show up fully, take risks, and grow together.
Live participation is strongly encouraged, as the relational and reflective aspects of the cohort are central to the experience. However, session recordings and materials will be available in the client portal if you are unable to attend.
We ask that participants communicate proactively and remain engaged with the group when possible.
