Founded by Dr. Ana María Lopez Caldwell

Dr. Ana María Lopez Caldwell brings over 15 years of experience across nonprofit, education, and corporate sectors.

She is a former Executive Director and board member who has led through:

  • Organizational growth and restructuring
  • Crisis moments, including COVID-19 and Hurricane Ida
  • Cross-racial and cross-socioeconomic leadership environments

She holds a PhD in Latin American Studies (a distinction held by less than 1% of Latinas in the United States) which informs her depth of analysis, cultural fluency, and approach to leadership across contexts.

She is also an ICF-certified executive coach, bringing structure, rigor, and accountability to her work in leadership development, cultural competence, and strategic advisory.
